From One App to Four IPs: The ANTE Digital Era Begins
We're no longer building one app. We're building a sovereign American gaming and infrastructure company — and today, we're unveiling the four interlocking IPs that make it real.

For the last two years, the public face of this company was a single product. A skill-based competitive gaming platform. A clean, focused pitch. One app, one mission.
Behind the scenes, the work kept getting bigger. Every time we solved one problem, the next one was already waiting — and it was rarely the problem the rest of the industry was solving for. Custody. Match integrity. Distribution. Sovereignty. The questions kept compounding, and so did the answers.
Today we're making official what the build has been telling us for months: this is a four-IP company. The parent is ANTE Digital, Inc. — a Delaware C-Corp headquartered in Philadelphia, building a sovereign American gaming, integrity, and infrastructure stack from the metal up.
The Four IPs
Each IP is a fully-owned product line with its own team posture, own roadmap, and own commercial surface. They are independent, but they were architected to compose. Together, they form one continuous loop — capture, custody, verify, distribute.
Outcome.gg
iOS and Android prediction-market and creator streaming app. Reown wallet SDK, Didit KYC, custodial+self-custody flows, creator monetization built in from day one. Outcome is the entry point — where audiences arrive, predict, and engage.
ANTE Platform
The flagship — a skill-based competitive engine with 50–100 player lobbies, a 10% platform fee, and a 70/20/10 payout schedule. Predominance Test–compliant in 35 Tier-1 states. The system that pays out players, creators, and operators on the same wire.
ANTECheat
Server-side, cryptographic match verification. Designed to win the trust of Epic, Riot, and Valve API gatekeepers — and to survive the kind of scrutiny competitive integrity demands. ANTECheat is what makes a payout defensible.
ANTEBroadcast
The distribution layer. Live ingest, multi-platform syndication, creator overlay surfaces, and the broadcast contracts that keep matches, predictions, and payouts visible. ANTEBroadcast is how the loop reaches an audience.
One Sovereign Spine
Four IPs is not the headline. The headline is what runs underneath all four.
Most consumer gaming, payout, and prediction platforms are tenants on someone else's cloud, behind someone else's control plane, dependent on someone else's identity layer. That model is fast to ship and slow to defend. It is also, increasingly, a sovereignty problem.
We're building the opposite: our own hardware, our own jurisdiction, our own identity surface. The infrastructure under ANTE Digital is U.S.-owned, U.S.-operated, and architected against NSA CSfC (Commercial Solutions for Classified) reference designs. The same posture that protects national systems is the posture we apply to player wagers, creator earnings, KYC events, and broadcast streams.
Why hardware matters again
Sovereignty isn't a brand voice — it's a procurement decision. Owning the boxes means we control the keys, the audit log, and the failure modes. When a chargeback dispute, a regulator inquiry, or a publisher integrity audit lands, the answers don't live in another company's ticket queue.
Built in America
ANTE Digital is incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in Philadelphia. The platform is Predominance Test–compliant in 35 Tier-1 U.S. states from launch. We are American by design — not as marketing, but as a structural commitment to where the company is built, where the data lives, and where the law applies.
That choice has implications. It means longer onboarding cycles and stricter compliance posture than offshore competitors. It also means we can sit across the table from publishers, payment processors, and state regulators without translating jurisdiction.
Why Now
Three things are happening at the same time, and they're happening in our direction.
First, the chargeback story in gaming is finally breaking into mainstream policy debate — that's why we initiated the FSCC Act push and why ANTECheat exists in the form it does. Players, creators, publishers, and processors are all losing on a system that no one designed for skill-based, payout-bearing matches.
Second, the line between "creator" and "competitor" is collapsing. Outcome.gg is the consumer-facing acknowledgment of that — predictions, streams, and payouts on the same surface — and it's the door through which audiences will meet the rest of the stack.
Third, sovereignty is no longer a niche posture. Procurement teams at studios, leagues, and integrity bodies are asking where the data lives, who owns the keys, and which jurisdiction adjudicates a dispute. ANTE Digital was architected to answer those questions before they were asked.
A Note From The Founder
I spent twelve years inside Department of Defense IT environments before I picked up the controller-side of this problem. Eight thousand-plus hours in competitive FPS. Security+, Network+, A+, MCSA Server 2016, CEH. The two halves of my career kept telling me the same story: the gaming industry has world-class game design and a paper-thin trust layer.
ANTE Digital is what happens when you let an operator who has lived inside both worlds design the trust layer instead of bolting one on at the end. It's slower. It's more expensive up front. It's also the only path I can defend with a straight face when a publisher asks who has the keys, when a regulator asks where the audit lives, and when a player asks who is actually accountable for their payout.
Four IPs. One sovereign spine. Built in America. That's the company now.
What's Next
Outcome.gg, the ANTE Platform, ANTECheat, and ANTEBroadcast each have their own roadmaps and announcements. They will ship in their own cadence and tell their own stories. The job of this post is to name the parent and the posture: ANTE Digital, Inc. — sovereign by architecture, American by jurisdiction, four IPs deep on day one.
If you've been following the journey from the FSCC Act campaign or the early skill-platform writing, thank you. The game just got a lot bigger — and the team that's built to play it is now visible end-to-end.
