Platform Service Agreement

This Platform Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and ANTE Digital, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("ANTE," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the ANTE platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Platform Overview and User Types

1.1 Platform Description

ANTE operates a creator-organized competitive gaming wagering platform—a three-sided marketplace that connects:

• Players: Competitive gamers who participate in real-money skill-based wagering matches
• Creators: Gaming influencers and content creators who organize and monetize matches
• Game Publishers: Publishers whose games are featured on the Platform

1.2 User Account Types

• Player Accounts: For individuals aged 18+ who wish to participate in real-money wagering matches.
• Creator Accounts: For gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators who wish to organize matches and earn revenue.
• Creator Pro Accounts: Premium subscription tier ($49-$99/month) offering advanced features, analytics, and monetization tools.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. ANTE uses Stripe Identity verification to confirm your age through government-issued ID verification.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is currently available only to residents of the United States. Due to varying state laws regarding skill-based gaming, the Platform is NOT available to residents of certain prohibited states. By creating an account, you represent that you are not a resident of a prohibited state.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To participate in real-money wagering, you must complete identity verification through Stripe Identity, which requires:

• Full legal name matching government-issued ID
• Date of birth
• Government-issued identification (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
• Social Security Number (for tax reporting purposes for winnings over $600/year)
• Physical address
• Facial biometric verification

3. Platform Services for Players

3.1 Match Participation

Players may participate in real-money skill-based wagering matches in formats including Solo Battle Royale (50-100 player last-person-standing matches), Team Battle Royale, and other competitive formats.

3.2 Entry Fee Tiers

ANTE offers six entry fee tiers: $1, $5, $10, $25, $50, and $100, allowing players to compete at comfortable stakes.

3.3 Prize Structure

ANTE uses a 60/20/10 payout distribution to the top 3 finishers in each match. The Platform retains a 10% platform fee from the total pot.

4. Platform Services for Creators

4.1 Creator Monetization

For each Creator-Organized Match, the Creator receives 3% of the total pot (30% of the 10% platform fee). Creator earnings are automatically calculated and credited to the Creator's wallet upon match completion.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Wallet System

ANTE uses a digital wallet system to manage deposits, entry fees, winnings, and withdrawals. All funds are held in your ANTE wallet with real-time balance display.

5.2 Deposits and Withdrawals

You may fund your wallet using ACH Bank Transfer (0.8% processing fee), Debit/Credit Card (2.9% + $0.30 processing fee), or Apple Pay/Google Pay. Withdrawals are processed via ACH with funds arriving in 2-3 business days.

6. Responsible Gaming

ANTE provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality checks. If you or someone you know may have a problem with compulsive gaming, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not create multiple accounts, use cheats or hacks, engage in match fixing or collusion, use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engage in any form of fraud or abuse. Violations result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to ANTE. You may not use ANTE's intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
